Description
Capreomycin is one kind of antibiotic to treat tuberculosis (TB). This medicine used in combination with other drugs to prevent the growth of bacteria that causes tuberculosis in the body.
This drug can only be obtained by prescription.
Indication
Treating tuberculosis (TB).
Doses
Adult: 1 gram Capreomycin intramuscularly once a day for 60-120 days. After that, 1 gram Capreomycin injected into the muscle 2-3 times a week.
